Window Installer

What You Do:
• Install top of the line windows effectively
• Build rapport with homeowners to ensure satisfaction from the beginning to the end of the project

What You Need:
• 3-5 years of replacement window installation experience
• Ability to install windows and patio doors as full time sub-contractors
• LEAD Certified
• EPA Certified Firm        
• EPA Certified Renovator      
• New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor Registration

Qualifications:
·         3+ years of experience installing residential windows and doors.
·         Must have excellent and verifiable carpentry skills.
·         Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation.
·         Must provide enclosed trailer or truck equipped to transport windows along with a metal brake and tools to perform window/door installations. If your crew does not have a trailer, we offer a trailer program (see below for details)
·         Must be fully insured and provide proof of liability, auto and workers’ compensation insurance.
·         Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty and lift up to 90 lbs. without help.
·         Must possess a high degree of organizational and time management skills.
·         Positive attitude and strong communication skills required.
 
Compensation & Benefits:
·         Average pay for a 2-3 person crew $200,000-$250,000 per year*, paid weekly 
·         Year-round work to keep you busy even in the winter months (no weekends!)
