More Convenience - Renewal by Andersen handles all scheduling, invoicing, and follow up with customers. Responsibilities: Install windows and door products in accordance with Renewal by Andersen standards and processes. Builds and sustains positive homeowner relations. Adheres to all proper safety techniques. Qualifications: 3 years carpentry or construction experience. (5 years for lead position) Ability to interact and effectively communicate with customers. Available to work Monday – Saturday 7am - 5pm 3 years managing a team (for lead position) 3 years leading/supervising a job site (for lead position)
