Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Event Sales Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you'll split your time between the office and travel to events, home shows and retail locations. You'll assist with developing and training the team and researching and scheduling events.

Job Details

- Responsibilities • Research new events and other business avenues to help department growth. • Pull and analyze data from key performance reports. • Manage team to meet key performance metrics. • Actively participate in recruiting efforts and refer potential teammates. • Assist in leading new hire classes and continuing training with teammates. • Create weekly and monthly plans which include performance goals. • Foster a culture of encouragement, motivation, and support. • Set up and breakdown events and home shows, when necessary. Qualifications • Ability to lead, develop, and mentor a large team. • Highly motivated, self-driven, and detailed oriented. • Nurturing and professional attitude. • Reliable and demonstrates a solid work ethic. • Microsoft office proficient, especially excel. • Ability to deliver positive, yet honest feedback to teammates based on performance. • Ability to organize and prioritize based on the needs of the organization. • Experience managing a team preferred. • Must be able to travel for business needs.
