- Responsibilities - Retrieve and audit daily orders inputted into the shared drive by all Project Consultants/Technicians and save to the data management systems. - Create workorders within the data management system. - Work in conjunction with Home Owner Associations and permitting to track progress to ensure approvals for ordering. - Conduct 'Ready to Order' entry and reporting in/from systems to determine product order capacity. - Audit orders uploaded by Technicians to OMS for releasing orders to Que. - Verify order confirmations for accuracy and download from order data systems to OMS. - Scan all verified orders into order management system. - Work closely with internal departmental teams. Qualifications - Ability to work with high volume data entry tasks. - Time Management and organizational skills. - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Excellent oral and written communications skills.
