Summary ISC Agents duties include but are not limited to assisting the ISC Team in maximizing the conversion rate of calls/leads/inquiries into scheduled appointments via a prescribed appointment setting methodology for Renewal by Andersen. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Daily Goals & Responsibilities: • Take inbound calls which will include, but are not limited to new leads and handle accordingly. • Appointment Calendar and Capacity – Ensure that slots are being filled with qualified appointments, appointments are being confirmed following appropriate confirmation guidelines as to ensure lead is re-qualified and information is accurate. Also, keep an eye on same day appointments, confirms and cancels. • Outbound warm-calling – place outbound calls to potential clients and previous customer to generate more leads. *MUST average 20-25 calls/attempts per hour! • Adopt company Core Values and exemplify them in daily tasks and interactions both internally and externally. • Adhere to all ISC and Universal Roofing Group, Inc. policies and procedures including but not limited to cell phone usage within the ISC, attendance and punctuality policy, performance policy, dress code policies, internet usage, 10-min break. • Complete daily tasks (i.e., Call Source report, confirms, Web Leads, Self-Evaluations) when assigned to any of those specifically. • Communicate effectively with ISC Leads and other ISC Agents, so that we can all be on the same page and perform uniformly. • Additional duties other than the ones outlined may be included and/or added at any given time as needed and per Management’s discretion. • Delight customers, as outlined in Renewal by Andersen’s Signature Service program. • Average 20-25 outbound attempts per hour • Minimum of 6 outbound set appointments, appointments must be qualified following the established guidelines. • Achieve daily appointment goal as per territories need. Weekly Goals & Responsibilities: • Average no less than 20 outbound calls/attempts per hour. • Assist in maintaining weekly metrics on or above benchmark • Sales Rate: 20% or greater • One Party: 20% or lower • Demo Rate: 80% or greater • Sit Rate: 85% or greater • Cancelled rate: 30% or lower • Achieve weekly appointment goal as per territories need.
