    The purpose of this position is to ensure work site set up, performs basic to routine window, door and gutter installations and removal, performs work site tear down and clean up of the entire job site in accordance with Home Solutions Midwest’s guidelines. Duties/Responsibilities: * Effectively prepares the job site for set up and tear down * Installs products in accordance with Home Solutions standards and processes * Collaborates with the Lead Installer to provide Signature Service on each job site * Plans continual self-learning and development of skills * Assists in meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and revenue dollars per period * Adheres to proper safety techniques * Builds and sustains positive relationships with coworkers and customers * Demonstrates self-leadership and personal accountability * Demonstrates responsible attendance, punctuality and work place flexibility * Continually improves processes * Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: * Must have a valid driver’s license * Able to communicate with peers and homeowners * Able to organize tasks and jobs requirements * Proficient in the use of tools and equipment Education and Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience * Trade school diploma/certificate desired * Two years general carpentry experience desired Physical Requirements: * Constantly positions self to remove/install products at various levels * Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder to install products * Occasionally moves windows/doors and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds * Occasionally operates power tools * Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions
