Long install but very professional!

Absolutely wonderful!!!! They made the whole process so easy. Frank and Brandon were wonderful for the installation and work so beautifully together. I hadn’t planned to do the storm door but when Dan showed me how a new one would work I wanted it too. I was advised as to progress all the way through. I’m delighted with it. Wish I would have done it sooner.

The installation crew was amazing! Their craftsmanship was outstanding, and they were precise and thorough in every aspect of their work. The windows look amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were professional throughout the entire installation. Great job—well done! I would highly recommend them.

We set up a consultation, when they came, they roughly measured our windows and gave us a quote. When we decided to go with them, they came back and measured our windows to the exact measurement or so we thought one of our windows came miss sized and took months for them to correct that mistake our patio door came sized and took months to rectify that our big sliding window never had the clips with the screen so the screen is held in place by tape and they have not fixed that yet. I’ve called TJ the service manager multiple times with left voicemails and no response. They pulled the loan the second they start the project, not after the project’s done, which is extremely frustrating, considering the project still isn’t finished. Also that loan they pull accumulates interest so if you don’t pay off by the time, it is 24 months that balloon interest hits the loan as well. I’m sure there’s more but I’m so frustrated. I can’t even think about it all. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your windows and doors.
