As a technical person myself, the salesperson steered the presentation in that direction and the technology in these replacement windows was amazing. Very well explained. The prices seemed high at first but he explained that there were NO hidden costs, super clean removal of old and install of new, AND matched trim on the outside. All that was left to push me over was a no interest plan. THEY HAD ONE ! My wife picked the colors and the internal grids and easy cleaning sold her. The hot, South-facing front of our house definitely seems much less warmer in the evening. The communication was excellent from start to finish. There wasn't one single surprise. It's been a month later and my wife is still saying "I LOVE MY NEW WINDOWS!" even today. Looking forward to the maintenance free part of the windows and lower winter fuel bills. Well done!

Had to wait a little longer than expected for a new replacement window, but it was fine.

To be perfectly honest, I was quite skeptical of the product when I was introduced to it. I look at home features like cars, sure the sales pitch is great but you really don’t find out how good the product and service is until you experience it first hand and for an extended period of time. I used to be a sales person myself, so naturally I pick up on most of the tricks when being pitched a sale. To be blunt, I was pleasantly surprised all the way around. Sales management came to my home and was very friendly, and frank. There wasn’t a whole lot of skating around and finding alternative ways to present their product and hide flaws. Everything was quite literally placed in front of me and on my kitchen table. The facts that were presented were accurate and the demonstrations of product quality, as well as unique characteristics, were simple and effective. I didn’t feel like I was watching a magic show with a bunch of tricks I wasn’t meant to understand. I also didn’t feel like I was being pressured. The gentleman basically said: This is our product, these are the features, and we hope you like them and respect me enough to buy our product. That’s how a sale SHOULD be. Normally I’m not a fan of the installation process. I really don’t like people I don’t know in my space. I’d usually like them done and out as soon as possible. This installation was certainly not the case. I felt respected the entire time they were here, I felt that my concerns were addressed professionally and I felt that the installers actually cared about how I felt about their installation. They were genuinely concerned about my satisfaction, not just keeping their jobs. They were polite, respected my property and were very quick and skilled with the installation. It was also nice that the landscape surrounding my home was barely even disturbed during the installation process. There wasn’t sawdust everywhere and I didn’t have to clean up after them. Since installation my heating and cooling costs have significantly decreased. The house temperature doesn’t move much at all now. I don’t live in an overly noisy neighborhood but I can’t tell you how nice it is to close the windows and hear so much less outside. The neighbors can mow their lawn, the birds can chirp all they want and I can still enjoy peace and quiet. Andersen Windows, great product, great people, great service. I highly recommend them for your home.

I did call service after install- I thought for sure I had ordered 1/2 screens due to my other windows all have that--never heard back--also I should have ordered the little lip edge to open windows--it's difficult without.

I could not have been more pleased with every aspect of my new kitchen window. The visit with the sales representative was everything you could or would want to expect. Informative, friendly and polite. And everyone that followed was of the same level of professionalism. Thank you!

The Team did an awesome job with my installation. Even though there may have been a slight misunderstanding on my order they came through with flying colors and met all my concerns. The level of customer service is quite refreshing in today's business environment. I applaud the entire team for making my first large investment in this house trouble free.
